As many of our products may be custom-made or specially prepared for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and successfully delivered.
However, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives products in good condition and we will assist you if there is a genuine issue with your order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Photos or videos of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
Once the issue has been verified by our team, we will arrange for one of the following:
- Replacement of the product
- Another appropriate resolution at our discretion
Requests made after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Orders placed with incorrect address information
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
Refunds
Refunds are only processed in the following situations:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- A replacement is not possible
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
